KeyMavens Group and LuLu Retail signed an agreement for LuLu Hypermarket to open as the anchor tenant at Le Meryeme Mall – Liwan, bringing one of the region’s most trusted retail names to the heart of the community.
The Signing Ceremony
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of KeyMavens Group, the developer behind Le Meryeme, in a ceremony attended by Eng. Munthir Al Ali, Chairman of KeyMavens Group, and Mr Salim M A, Group Director, Global Operations, LuLu Retail, alongside senior executives and development and investment leaders from both sides.
Beyond the signing, the meeting opened a wider conversation on the future of retail in Dubai’s growing residential communities, from market trends and changing consumer needs to potential joint investment opportunities between the two groups.

A Destination Built Around Everyday Life
LuLu is the first step in a carefully planned mix. Alongside the hypermarket, Le Meryeme Mall – Liwan will bring together retail shops and services, restaurants and cafés, medical facilities, fitness centres and family leisure spaces, all shaped around the needs of Liwan, Wadi Al Safa 2 and the surrounding communities.
The destination is designed with a Spanish-inspired character: open layouts, outdoor courtyards and shaded terraces, across a total built-up area of approximately 113,674 square feet. Construction is on track, with practical completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026.
