Le Meryeme Mall – The Villa Soft Opens on 1 October

That is the beginning of Le Meryeme Mall – The Villa.
On 1 October 2026 at 10 AM, Le Meryeme Mall – The Villa will soft open in Wadi Al Safa 5, welcoming the community into the first phase of a new lifestyle destination shaped around everyday needs.
This is an intentional first step: selected retail, wellness and service brands will welcome visitors from day one, with further brands and facilities introduced in phases.
Available from soft opening
The first brands welcoming the community include:
- MUMUSO, bringing lifestyle retail, beauty, homeware, accessories, stationery, electronics and gifts.
- Medicina Pharmacy, offering pharmacy, health and wellness essentials.
- NovaSkin, bringing laser and dental care to The Villa.
- Clean Touch Laundry, providing an everyday convenience service for the community.
Together, these first openings create a useful starting point for residents: everyday essentials, healthcare, wellness and practical services close to home.

Le Meryeme Mall – The Villa will welcome visitors from 10 AM on 1 October 2026.
Operating hours
- Monday–Thursday: 10 AM–10 PM
- Friday–Sunday: 10 AM–11 PM
- Public holidays: the same timings
The destination has 61 parking spaces, including EV parking.
Prayer rooms, toilets and baby-changing facilities, accessibility provisions, and security and lost & found services will be available from soft opening.
A phased opening
Le Meryeme Mall – The Villa is opening in phases, allowing each part of the destination to welcome visitors when it is fully ready.
Tips & Toes is targeting an early-October opening, subject to its final opening confirmation. Further announcements across dining, grooming, fitness, family experiences and lifestyle will follow through Le Meryeme’s official channels.
Please note: From 5 October 2026, selected MyPT experiences will begin welcoming visitors. Padel court bookings will be open to members and non-members, the swimming pool will be available to existing MyPT members, and morning rooftop yoga will be open to members and non-members. Further MyPT facilities will be introduced in phases.
The destination will continue to grow over time, but the first chapter begins with the services people can use from day one.
