What is MyPT?
MyPT is a UAE personal training and fitness brand with studios in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, each operating separate ladies-only and mixed-gender spaces. It also runs MyPT Academy and a home personal training service.
The approach is built around assessment rather than sign-up: members start with a 3D body scan and performance screening, and training plans are built from those results.
